Baqqal Su, Saperavi-Bastardo-Cabernet Sauvignon
The line of “Baqqal Su” represents author’s terroir wines from Valery Zaharin. The vineyards are situated near the village of Kochergino (historical name of “Baqqal Su”) in the sub-region of the Alma river valley, Bakhchisarai district.
Red semi-sweet wine “Baqqal Su” Saperavi-Bastardo-Cabernet Sauvignon is produced of the blend of three grape varieties – Saperavi, Bastardo Magarachsky and Cabernet Sauvignon. When producing the wine we use the unique technology: cryo-must prepared of Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. The wine works well with meat dishes, spreads, aged cheese, paste, duck with sweet and sour sauce.
