Baqqal Su, Saperavi -Cabernet Sauvignon
The line of “Baqqal Su” represents author’s terroir wines from Valery Zaharin. The vineyards are situated near the village of Kochergino (historical name of “Baqqal Su”) in the sub-region of the Alma river valley, Bakhchisarai district.
Red dry wine “Baqqal Su” Saperavi-Cabernet Sauvignon is produced of the blend of two grape varieties – Saperavi and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine goes well with meat cuts and sausage products, white and red meat, spreads and cheese.
