Baqqal Su, Muscat Ottonel
The line of “Baqqal Su” represents author’s terroir wines from Valery Zaharin. The vineyards are situated near the village of Kochergino (historical name of “Baqqal Su”) in the sub-region of the Alma river valley, Bakhchisarai district.
White semi-sweet wine “Baqqal Su” Muscat Ottonel is produced of the same-name grape variety. When producing the wine we use the unique technology: cryo-must prepared of the same grape variety as we use for the wine production. The wine is an excellent aperitif and it works well with spicy dishes, fresh melon, Spanish ham, spreads, poultry, pork in sweet and sour sauce.
